Ion Cleanse Foot Bath
Ion cleanse is a foot bath that uses regular tap water charged with both negative and positive ions and electrolytes which draw the toxins in your body out through your feet. This is accomplished through a process of exchange between the positive and negative ions in your body and their opposite numbers in the water. It is not painful and is in fact very relaxing.

Therapeutic Peat Mud Baths
Our mud bath is a therapeutic, detoxifying peat mud bath. The mud comes from Canada, extracted at about 1500 feet down in the earth. The bath is hot, at around 110-112 degrees. This allows the body to release toxins from organs, deep tissue, and fat. The mud bath process starts with a relaxing soak in the mud bath for approximately 20 minutes, followed by a 30+ minute full body wrap.
As the mud bath is considered a passive cardio workout, the addition of oxygen through a cannula while in the body wrap really enhances the results. Benefits can be increased circulation, weight loss, reduced inflammation, boosted immune system, decreased stress level, and increased libido. Therapeutic mud baths can help with all types of arthritis, chronic gout, fibromyalgia, insomnia, body pain, PMS, psoriasis, and muscle tension.
HYPERBARIC Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
HBOT is a pressurized chamber that allows oxygen to be dissolved into our plasma. Plasma is the clear liquid inside our blood that carries the red blood cells. The chamber
is filled with ambient air as well as 98% oxygen being received through a nose cannula. HBOT can be used for pain, inflammation, wound recovery, surgery recovery, injury recovery, general health, and beauty.
The session is either 60 or 90 minutes long once the chamber is at pressure. It takes about 15 minutes to pressurize and about 5 minutes to depressurize. The effects can last up to 5 hours normally about 3 hours. Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT) can be used in the chamber and that service is called a Light Chamber. The healing effects are greater in a light chamber because it is targeted and cost wise, a better value.
